Personal Training

Many of our clients prefer to take advantage of one-to-one personal training. Our Head Coach has produced several Professional boxing champions at the Scottish, British, Commonwealth and European levels. He studied Sports Science at the University of Glasgow, has over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, a registered Trainer with the British Boxing Board of Control (BBBofC) and Boxing Scotland for over 25 years, a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and wealth of experience in combat sports, including Kickboxing and K1.  This background guarantees that you will receive a unique and personalised training programme following specialised and targetted strength & conditioning techniques in a fully equipped boxing and conditioning gym, including our unique 500m2 external training space. You’ll receive continual support with expert guidance to ensure you achieve your health and fitness goals. Your programme will be individually tailored and can incorporate nutrition, weight loss, body sculpting, fitness, core strength, specialised boxing or martial arts coaching.  Small groups can also be accommodated, see Package 2 (below).

With one-to-one training sessions you will work with our Head Coach and have private access to our entire facility a time of your convenience. Package 1: Block of four personal training sessions with our Head Coach

Package 2: Block of four small group sessions (maximum 4 participants) – training with a group of friends is an excellent way to keep motivated – it’s also a lot of fun!!  Contact us for more information or if you want to book sessions for groups of more than 4.
